Canola enlightenment

PS Val d’Orcia in the past years was more rich of many different colours, dyes and nuances. Nowaday it is no longer so!
Wow - saturation of colour or what! I like the composition
I was used to write a few notes at those time when taking pictures. I still have inside slide-boxes. About this picture I read notes above only...but a few pictures before that one I read about polarizing. So I'm sure I forgot to write that word....but but I'm not sure. While scanning I used standard settings; during projection this "mood"is evident onto the cloth-screen......the "spread-glow" as well....As far I remember that moment was very strange
Solved the trouble: Slide chrome SW was a special warm tone type. I got a few slides for testing from Kodak many many ya.....I have found the old box with tecn. spec. : on the web I have found this site: http://www.photographyreview.com/product/film/slide-film/kodak/ektachrome-e100sw...
This is a special moment perfectly caught!
I can imagine others attempting to mimic this sort of end effect though their digital software but falling a little short of the real thing, an actual event.

A warm coloured slide film along with a polariser will produce amazing colours as you have here; I wasn't seeing it as a problem!

...No problem...don't worry...among properties of this slide there is a light sweet glamour effect. At first glance I was not glad of scanned result so you was right to observe those heavy tones. This is a good slide for proiecting but not for scanning, IMHO. I image what could happen printing original slide on the old cibachrome paper
I sat and looked at this for ages going over and over and every time my eyes would follow the footpath from the left and take me up to the villa and back down the path on the right and back along the 3 trees at the front and back up the left footpath again, up to the villa. Great colours, lighting and a superb composition. Liked.
A lovely composition.

You are right....it often happens to me...in special way with HDR......
I had to look carefully as it seems just like an oil painting and it would do justice in ANY art gallery.
Fantastic work, Giulio and thanks for sharing.
Best regards
Peter
Very typical Giulio construction! I love it!
Thank you Paul....I do like joking while saying thruth:....."Very Boring=always the same style"
PS I mean that my style is always the same...colours, geometries,...and so on...this is very boring!!!
Sorry for the very late comment.
