Surging Force

Photo Information
Another shot from my trip to the Lakes on Saturday, this one's off in a different direction. I've always been fascinated with shooting images of moving water, what I've tried to do with this one is choose a combination of Shutter Speed and composition to emphasise the sheer force of the water, rushing downstream from Aira Force Waterfall.

If Bill Ward views this, please don't be too harsh Bill, it's not quite to your level, but I'm happy with the way it turned out.

You should be pleased with it. You can positively hear it thundering down that slope.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

You have really captured the woosh of water and framed it beautifully.
