Nr 200 - or the dust of half a century

by AxelLuther

Last night I realized that my 200th photo made it into ppg this year - so a rather productive year
This minimalistic shot I made in the steel mill Völklingen which was closed 1986. The wall was in the so called Möllerhalle - the area, where the ore material was prepared and sorted before it got filled in the big ovens. It must have been one of the loudest and dirtiest places uring the production process - and even now - 25 years later, orange dust covers everything.
As it was almost dark in this area, I had to use my tripod again (but most of my photos I make with the tripod anyway )

200 in PPG? I just got my first!
Pity you didn't have a flashlight with you to overcome the shadows. Nice though.

Hi Bill - yep 203 in PPG and 2 in Premier Collection in PPG - not sure if you mean the latter - there it is really difficult

Axel, you have created marvels with 18-208 mm lens! All images displayed in the official Pentax Imaging Web Site are pin-sharp and excellent in every aspect. Thank you for providing the link above and congratulations!

200 hundred, Axel. And I've never managed even one! You really are an established master photographer. This is another super image: very much my sort of thing. Again!
Best wishes,

Andrew
