Overstated Offerings

Photo Information
As you may well know, we are going to celebrate the festival of the sacrifice in a few days. (It is the second of two religious holidays celebrated by Muslims worldwide each year. It honors the willingness of Abraham to sacrifice his promised son. Ishmael a as an act of submission to God's command, before God then intervened to provide Abraham with a lamb to sacrifice instead.) The municipalities reserve plots in and around the cities for the breeders to hold a market for the buyers/sacrificers. One of those plots in our city is six or seven Km away from the part of the city I live, and I went there today to take some photographs. There were not many buyers, still I managed to take a number photos which could be interesting. This is the most colourful one.

Perfect focal length selection and tight composition make this a winner, Nezih.
Best wishes,

I agree with the above, it's a great shot and very different from what we normally see on here.

Nice shot of these poor creatures, about time they stopped Halal and Kosha trade disgusting practice in the 21st century.
