Was it cropped or did you use your Raynox DCR-250 macro lens?

In reply to your question, Gábor, the uploaded image is a crop of the original (RAW) file and was taken without the use of any macro filter. Apart from the usual PP adjustments, the only 'enhancement' was to use the selection, masking and blur filter to further remove distracting background detail.
