Yes, I know what you mean, David. Holly's colouring is so special it's almost a crime to convert it. Wish I hadn't now! Just wanted to post something different.

I think this one , with regard to her facial expression, is my favourite.
But have to agree that it is a shame not to use her beautiful colouration.
All the same, this is a really lovely portrait, the position of her hands give it that something special.

Being friends with Timbo helps, Shaun...
I'm glad you think that, Nigel, it was my only bit of direction, getting her to fiddle with her scarf! (Holly is so good she just knows what what looks effective in a picture.)
Susan Hayward, perhaps or Hedy Lamarr?
Still wish I'd posted the colour version.
