What a good shot Neil, I like the angular slash across the frame as well really adds to the impact, very good detail and sharpness.
If I might suggest, just a personal opinion, how about taking a quarter of an inch off the top.

I like it a lot!
Lovely B&W with a punchy contrast between the background and the motif. And they said it all about the detail / sharpness
