Photo Information
I'm still trying to figure out my style and what direction I want to take my images. Although the original image of this was "ok", I came up with this.

I like the colors...I like your 'eye' in general; but not quite sure about this. There is 'too much' of something in this picture. Can't quite pin point the problem but it's too 'strong' maybe?

Hi Mag, I completely appreciate your CC. I've been fooling with this for 3 days; maybe I should put it away and look at it in a week or so..lol

I quite like this dramatic rendition of the brickwork and the splay of the cables - possibly because I'm an engineer ?

Best regards
Peter

Then we have something in common and that may very well be why I like the drama.....I am a Project Manager building high rise in NYC. While editing I really got caught up with getting those cables to pop

I love it Carol, don't change a thing...would look great as 'Wall Art'.

The only thing "wrong" with it is the abrupt change of intensity of the blue from inside the pier to outside of it. As a concept and an image, it's a stunner.

I agree with Karlo….this has the feel - almost like an impactful arty sketch, for me also would look great as Wall Art!

This image caught my eye instantly and I love it. Agree with most others, enlarge and hang it on the wall, it deserves it. Well done..

I think the image and composition are strong, but I'm not struck by the processing. We all have wildly differing opinions on images and how they are processed, my preference is for 'natural looking' images, but it's each to their own. I'm not sure why you need to consciously develop a particular 'style', just do what you enjoy and your style will come through automatically, it will be as individual as your fingerprints.
