Looking at The Ruins

by davidstorm

The person in this shot is me, apologies that I am slightly blurred, but I had to stand still for about 2 minutes - not easy! I did wonder after looking at this image during processing whether I should have stood there for about 1/3 of the time, which would have resulted in a ghostly image. Maybe I'll go back and try this approach!

I like this. Isn't there a photographer that used to place themselves over different spots with long time lapse to create multiple selfs? Something is jangling at the back of my mind...in colour. This does have an on the way to disappearing into the ether, high key quality. The sky remains with tones which holds balance. I've tried long stuff and sky disappeared to white. Lovely ethereal photo.
