So THAT's where the road goes !

A wider view of the Eastern descent of the Hardknott Pass in Cumbria. The white house in the bottom right corner was shown on my previous posting of the closer view.

This view shows how the road meanders down then climbs again over the Wrynose pass - the dip in the hills on the far side of the valley.
