Absolutely perfect composition. The lines of the tiles of footway and the stairs leads my eyes to the bridge, while the railing leads my eyes to the building on the right side. Great lights ans well chosen view angle. I like it a lot.

Nice, different take on the bridge & Town Hall. The de-saturation works a treat, too.
