The genuine article
A few years ago a friend presented me with a box of about 30 glass plates and asked if I could recover them. He found them in a cold frame in his fathers garden and knew they were of his family. He was dying to find out what was on them. I photographed them and spent ages cloning out the spots and mildew. This is one of the better ones from early 1900's.
Best wishes,
Andrew

"The camera doesn't make a bit of difference. All of them can record what you are seeing. But, you have to SEE."

I'm sure an expert in ladies hats would be able to date this photo more accurately. I can't see this fashion coming back but no never know!

Kind regards, Bob
