I like this shot Maria, especially the fence in the foreground and the warm colouring from the sky. Do you have a set of ND Graduated filters? If you don't and you intend to do more landscapes I would recommend it is worth investing in some (you can get a set of Hitech 85mm Grads with 0.3, 0.6 and 0.9 filters for £45 approx on Amazon or ebay and these are very good filters). Careful use of an ND Grad would have avoided burn-out in the sky (this image has some burn-out) and would balance the brightness / tones in the image much better.

Best wishes
David

That is lovely, despite the cold of the scene I feel warm looking at the glow from the afternoon sun

Lovely winter light and subdued colour Maria. Do you think the foreground fence post is a bit too dominant? You could try cloning it out.

Thank you David, the more i look at it the bigger it gets, i tried to clone it out but then i found i had to clone the wire fence back in and i couldn't get the lines to join up, the shot would have been rubbish without the fence i think
