Nice attempt, Robin. I find the whole picture a little cluttered.
I have put a piece of paper over the right hand flowers and this does improve the shot in that your eyes are then drawn to the flowers in focus.
We are taught to do it in three's but in this case the out of focus flowers either side confuses the eyes and draws them away from the point of the pic which is the centre flowers.
