Looks like an American Red Tailed Hawk. A nice image, but could have done with a different background, this was prbably out of your control so this comment is not intended to be negative in any way

Could be a buzzard, too. I know these two birds are very similar in appearance.

Background was the display / transport box. Original image was very dark but manage to recover it in acr.
