Blue, in green and yellow

Unfortunately this Common Blue Butterfly was facing the wrong way round, but you take what you get when they are as flighty as this one was. I've tried to make a composition from it.

I know the feeling. They are usually grab shots with these nippy little things. I like the result.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Very delicate. Yes it’s an unusual angle but shows off the wings beautifully - more so than from the front! Sally
