Beautifully composed- highly dramatic colours superbly recorded- the bright cottage in its sunny foreground about to be overwhelmed by the storm rolling down onto it- what drama!

Not sure which I prefer, David. The colours are lovely in this.
Best wishes,

I thought I was going to be disappointed with this version but no way!

I have to choose this one out the two, b/w is a favorite of mine but this really needs to be seen in colour for it's wonderful light and dramatic sky.

What a capture - sunny foreground and a very threatening sky behind.
I love the way the house catches the light.

Wow, thank you all for your amazing comments on this picture. It's all about the light - we were very lucky to catch the house just at the right moment. The camera and lens did the rest of the work - all I had to do was point it vaguely in the right direction and press a button!

I appreciate the support and constructive comments on my pictures - than you all sincerely.
