Golden Ball

Photo Information
This shot was originally one of a set of abstracts using aniseed balls (because they were some what more cheaper and disposable than ball bearings).

It was monochromed, then selectively tinted for the recent duotone weekly competition although I don't see it as a traditional duotone.

I think this process has made these balls look almost metallic and I was pleased in the way that colour change has emphasised the central ball.

K-7 with the Samsung equivalent of the DFA100 macro.

F8, 8sec & ISO 100.

This version has been tidied up a little as the competition version had a little bit of colour overspill on the central ball that I had missed.
