For some odd reason they're called 'bearded' irises. Looks more like it's blowing a raspberry!
Photographically, that collection of bold, smack-in-the-eye colours with the laterally balanced face-on view is a real winner. You can't help continually moving around it and examining all the detail. Nice one Donna
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
