I like the composition and it looks like a very interesting bridge, but you have already acknowledged it is overcast, which does not help the definition. Perhaps you could take it again on a brighter day. I would like to see it.
Not everything in life is Black & White, If only it were!

Thank you, Rees! God knows when I'll have the chance of going there again. However, I have some other shots of the same bridge, though taken at the very same day.

I think the subdued light has actually helped this photo. My only concern is - mind that tram!! This is an occasion where HDR would have worked very well - trams permitting!
