Hand-held camera. RGB file processed in Alien Skin Exposure (style as BW Film Agfa CX 25)and then in Alien Skin Bokeh(not sure about this effect...but I wanted to test something strange....).

I always think it's worth experimenting, you never know what you can up with,the shot of that lovely city is beautiful.

Nice composition and conversion, but the special effect is strange a bit for my taste. Anyway I like this shot.
