I like the contrast of the dark sky and impending storm and the light on the building. I would be heading for shelter ....

The light and contrasts are perfect - would look great in Black & White. One minor thing - the water horizon needs levelling - it is only slightly off but runs down to the right a little.

That little turn to the left will make a huge difference. You seem to have a number of spots on your sensor.
