No idea Paul, certainly no one I know, we all loved the way it was deteriorating. It could well have been "the authorities" as a danger to shipping. Flames courtesy of Photoshop CC, paint blistering from a free stock image and the petrol can painted in free hand

Didn't witness the burning, just an artists imprssion of "maybe it was like this"
