I did just that Giulio but for some reason the picture took on a sinister look . However with those eyes perhaps a soft blur at round the edges would help.

The eyes are fabulous but I think the hands occupy too much area.
In my opinion a large crop off the bottom would reduce the area of the hands and make the picture even better.

I have done just what you say and I think it is much improved as a result.
