Lyd on The Spiral

The Ffestiniog Railway's 'Lyd' slogging up the Dduallt spiral in heavy rain with a train from Porthmadog to Blaenau Ffestiniog during my annual visit to photograph Snowdonia's narrow gauge railways last week. Bad weather can add atmosphere to a picture but the photographer has to experience a drenching.
