Admiring The View

by davidstorm

Shot from 'The Hallam Post' on Hallam Moor, a bleak place in Winter, but last Weekend it was warm and still. The hills in the distance are Mam Tor, Lose Hill and Win Hill, these hills encircle the Hope Valley and provide some beautiful walking country.

Super colours here David, the people break up what would have been an good but barren landscape. Like it a lot

Nice shot David, that lens looks sharp.

I was on the top of Mam Tor that morning (7 mile circular run via Hollins Cross, and back towards chapel, had a coffee in the No Car Cafe- very nice) It was a hot day !

The heather is still looking impressive.

Good to see some figures in the landscape, David. Might have been a bit bleak without them.
Best wishes,

Andrew
