F-16 above Farnborough 2010

by GlynM

I spent the afternoon today, Monday, outside the wire at the end of the main runway at Farnborough airshow. It was a great day for an air display.

This is an F-16 displaying its agility

I think this is a brilliant photo, specially considering this is a hand held! A K-7 with a DA55-300? This must've been the TINIEST DSLR combination on the whole airshow! Trying to shoot an agile craft like the F-16- I think well taken!

Many thanks. I was outside the wire at the southern end of the main runway along with a load of friendly people most of whom, including me, got there on bicycles so actually apart from one guy with an enormous canon SLR & lens I felt quite at home .

If the weather holds I might tomorrow go to the other end of main runway.
