Nice one David, shame about the bloody awful weather.
Hi Larry, yes I agree, but it wouldn't have looked like this if the weather was great! I went back the following day, it was wet too. Took some nice pics of Stockley Bridge, but most of them were ruined by water drops on the filter, I just couldn't keep it dry. I might try to process a couple and clone out the spots, but it will be difficult!

Nice one David, shame about the bloody awful weather.
But that's what makes it so emotive of the Lake District (can't have lakes without rain ! :lol
I love the composition with the dog but to me the only spoiler is that once you've seen the arrow to the car park it tends to draw the eye away from the picture ?
I realise there was, of course, no way not to include it whilst capturing the special moment so perhaps it's just me being 'finnicky' ?
