This is the first time I try the Ilford SFX 200 film, and I must say I like this film a lot. After scanning the negative on my Epson V750 scanner, I only adjusted curves for contrast and added sharpening. No other PP.
Ilford SFX 200 has a sensitivity up till 750nm, so if one uses a dedicated infrared filter (for example a filter blocking everything below 715nm), one can achieve a strictly infrared image. When using a no 25 red filter, one gets black and white with a deeper contrast and possibly a touch of infrared. The film is also sharp enough, and much easier to use than "real" infrared film (Rollei still produce infrared film).
When exploring this kind of black and white, obviously the work of the master Ansel Adams is a huge inspiration

Best wishes
