Nice picky Andrew. That MX-1 is a very capable little camera! Out of interest, where was this?

Thanks Andy. I sometimes wonder if there's anything it can't do. And to think that there are a few BETTER compacts on the market, albeit for considerably more money.
Taken this morning at Dyrham Park, Chippenham, Glou.
Best wishes,

Andrew

Great quality Andrew, this little camera is starting to grab my attention and in the hands of someone like you it is clearly capable of stunning results.

24mm Andrew? You just have been really close to this stag yet he seems laid back. Did you stalk him through the long grass? Its a lovely photo, as always.
Is Dyrham at Chippenham, I thought it was just outside Bath. Irene and I popped in a couple of years ago when driving from Bath.

There's a large herd of deer in the small park, David. They are quite used to people and although wary of us and moved slowly away as we approached, they weren't that bothered.

Although it's geographically close to Bath, I too was surprised to read letters of Great War vintage giving the postal address as Dyrham, Chippenham.

Don't even think of getting one of these, David. The results are OK for a compact, but are nevertheless a compromise, and won't stand comparison with your K3 and wonderful lenses.
Best wishes,

Andrew

That's certainly a place to look out for when I'm next in the area tracing my family roots! Just lovely Andrew!
