Updated Jetty Photo edit

by mattox

Thanks to your suggestions out there. I have taken them into account and modified these changes in CS. Note the slight purple colour in the sky (with contrast slightly increased, and straightening of horizon which i achieved under canvas rotate at .5 degree with slight cropping. Thanks everyone. Looks much better

image is still wonky by the way.

If I am already in photoshop, then I tend to cut and paste the image (or turn the background into a layer) and then use the transform tool.
Whilst transforming, bring the edge of the window up to the horizon to check what you're doing.

In the case of this image the horizon is also bowing upwards. one way to correct this is rotate the canvas 90 degrees, then use the filter - distort - shear to push the horizon back to a straight line, then rotate the canvas back again.
or you could use lens correction or liquify.

Lovely image - worth getting right.

Good one. I love this kind of pic. Haven't managed to get one myself, but will keep trying.
