Thanks for the comments guys. It was a five shot multiple exposure, the flower was dragged into position with thin fishing line. No PS in those days, just good luck.

This photo was taken by the same camera that I used to have in my childhood. It was fun taking pictures those days and I have millions of pictures on the computer of every picnic point that we visited those days.
