Eilean Donan

From the first time i watched the film Highlander I loved this castle and finally have been to see it. Unfortunately whilst we were there during the day the light was really flat and grey and despite my best efforts I could capture nothing I liked. had something to eat and drink and when night time came and the lights were turned on I was happy as at least I captured this.

That's one to be proud of. Somebody else posted a shot of Eilean Donan a few days ago, totally different to this one but also worthy of inclusion in the guide book.

Somebody else posted a shot of Eilean Donan a few days ago! Pauljay I know, it was my wifes picture we were both in Scotland together, she just uploaded before I had the chance.

Cracking shot. I've been up to the castle one on the way to Skye; I'll have to get round to actually taking a photo to equal this one.
