Whitby in the Early Evening

Photo Information
I like night photography and haven't done much of that recently as for the past 8 years we have been looking after my elderly mum at our house. Now she has sadly passed away ( a good thing for her really as she hated being so unwell) I may return to this type of photography. We're free to do it now, except because of Covid19 the options have largely been whisked away! C'est la vie......

Hi Johnriley ,I can empathize with your previous 8 years as I’m currently going through the same situation living at home with my elderly mother who can barley walk and this is the third time her treatment has been canceled due to covid . Thanks be to God she is fully compos mentis. Anyway maybe a switch to daylight photography will reignite the passion on your essential journey to the food shops

Whitby is a delightful location for night-time photography especially from the top of the steps! I've had a few successful HDRs from up there! Nice one John.

Sorry to hear about your mother John. Night photography isn't something I've done very much except for a couple of projects with camera club friends which were very rewarding. However night time in Whitby has certain spooky connotations although your effort above was well worth it.
