Lamp of Lothian by Dusk

This was entered into Competition #67 and as Dan stated the horizon was not aligned right. I have now adjusted this.

Looking better, but still needs to go a little further... 2.18 degrees to the right should do it!

I use Photoshop Elements 4, and use the 'Straighten Tool' for this sort of thing. I lined up the right hand edge of the tower with its reflection.

I really do like this shot. Is the bridge normally lit, or did you use flash?

It is a tad off, but love the shot..

I have re-aligned it and put it in my Flickr account link
I have found this beneficial as other sites I'm on are not as critical of the photographs and this is the kind of thing I'm looking for so I can improve.

Dan

The bridge is normally lit by big light boxes on both sides as is the church. I now aim to redo this shot an get it straight to begin with!!
