With a properly chilled Burgundy of either flavor sweating in anticipation -- perfection - Image is one of the finest of its kind I've seen in the gallery. Thank you all for the kind comments, much appreciated. These three are actually pets (not mine personally) so are unlikely to end up on a plate, mouth watering though the thought is!
