This is the most important mosaic uncovered at Fishbourne Roman Palace.
The North Wing of the Palace is now preserved under cover of a building erected on the outline of the original wing.
The exhibits are therefore seen in low lighting conditions which meant I needed PSE 11 to bring this shot up !
Hand held but resting on the barrier for steady support !
