Wonderfully evocative and atmospheric, well composed, a beaut

Thanks, folks. I know some of you have seen it before in Mark's Isolation comp, but I've only just got round to putting it up here after it was accepted into the Pentax Gallery.

I think I explained before.....the sun was just in the right place down the track after a shower. Also, by coincidence, it wasn't mist at the end of the track, but someon ehad lit a fire sending smoke across. It was the smoke which caught my dog's attention, and thus allowed me to snap her motionless, for a change!
This space deliberately left blank.

I just love everything about this shot, it's as if the dog has been abandoned by it's owner and is looking in the direction of the mist ... hoping.
Kind regards Maria
