I'm really unsure what the effect is trying to achieve - it all looks a bit confused? Sorry if this is a bit harsh, but I'd rather say what's in my mind than ignore it. I hope this doesn't offend.

No offence taken! I very often go for an unbalanced image and I was messing around in Paint Shop Pro X4 to see how far I could push it. So yes, confused describes it very well!
