Golden Grass and Blue Sky

by davidstorm

Another shot from Stanage Edge last weekend. This one is with the K-5IIs and Sigma 17-70 F2.8-4 lens. I am really starting to love this lens now that I've taken off the skylight filter! There was no polariser used here, this is all the result of the superb glass in the lens.

Hi Malc, no, I was on my own that day, just taking pictures of the scenery and the people walking and climbing there

Great colours and detail, David. I envy you the 20mm of extra reach over my Tamron.
Best wishes,

Andrew

Dave Must be viewed large. The rock is the strength (duh)but the sky/clouds again are cunningly tugging the viewer by extending the range of vision-- a Goodie. Tony
