Photo Information
Dawn over Appleby, Cumbria, as express steam loco Tornado, built 2008, prepares to run a series of scheduled passenger trains over the Settle and Carlisle Railway to Skipton. These were the first scheduled steam hauled trains on British mainlines since the last regular steam runs in 1968.
