Dancers Two

Photo Information
Another from the Aberystwyth session of 'Ring-a-Ring-a-Roses'. A dance group who dance-discussed the darkness behind childhood poetry.

As stated before, taken with a 400 asa and no flash. Relied on the spotlight for it's highlights. Tried 'dodging out' the darkness of the lower face when making the print [In a darkroom print from a film negative, dodging decreases the exposure for areas of the print that the photographer wishes to be lighter by use of a piece of card to mask from the enlarger light]. But a halo effect was created. It didn't sit or feel right. I feel the lower face in darkness was therefore meant to be.

I like this and agree about the lower face in shadow, you
still managed to capture the details. Best viewed large
