I find the sweater a bit distracting however, that said, this a good, strong black and white portrait with excellent facial expressions on the models face - well taken.

Not everything in life is Black & White, If only it were!

I agree with Rees, this is a great portrait. The personality expression was very well captured! An interesting illumination. too.
For my taste, the girl dress ornate distracts too much. I did a tray masking it with a 60% transparency (P.S.)...

Great portrait. I love the the way the pattern sticking out of the black background with which the colour of the shirt blends.
