There was a debate on the forum recently as to virtues of the DA14 v DA 15 v DA 12-24. This shot shows the benefits of the wider max aperature - still slightly slow at 1/45 sec as the movement of the wheel can be detected with the slight blurring. SS Great Britain, overcast (!) sky
