I entered an image similar to this in the weekly comp. Axel suggested one with him, Nick, facing the interviewer would have been preferable and as it happens I have one. My feeling is there might be slightly too many distrctions in the background

Personally, I think the background helps to place the subject in an appropriate environment. Like it.
