Now John I am not sure what you are trying to do here, the colours are vibrant, that's true, but I am not sure of your crop. Should we have had the whole of the flower head or zoomed in and cropped the centre yellow part of the flower?

Well I'm not sure myself, and I was going to delete it the DOF is pretty shallow and the center focus wasn't sharp enough to crop so I kinda ended up with this, but I have noted this for future uploads, thanks Rees

This is what happens when you get us used to fantastic shots from you. One just a touch below the high standards that you got us used to and we will pick on you ha . This was taken on an off day huh jack? Still looks good to me with vibrant lovely colours, shame about the lack of sharpness, but I would still struggle to get one like that .

Those white spots are definitely a standout feature, and if I am not wrong I guess that's what you were aiming to make the overall red colour more exciting with those whitish spots, right?

Impressive colours and lovely image. Give us more of what we are used to from you jack
