Lavender Hill

A lavender field in the Cotswold Hills district of the UK.
I do feel that the Lavender heads are too dark, almost turnin' to black down near the house. They should be a mid-tone.

The colour version with the lavender heads does look good but I prefer black and white.
I agree that the lavender heads should be more of a mid tone in order to represent reality, but I darkened them to add drama to the picture.
