I think that fly has been exposed to some nuclear fall-out. Alternatively, Maria has captured one and painted it with nail varnish.

Which is true Maria?

The second one David lol, actually this is the true colour that came out of the camera, it's because i have removed the colour from the flower that the Hover looks this way, the pink wing is the colour coming through from the flower.

Wow Maria, now I'm confused! How did you do that? Have you assembled this in layers (i.e. removed colour from the first layer, then overlaid a second layer)?

In picnic you can change things to black and white or sepia, but there is a paint tool that brings back whatever you wish to keep from the original a bit like colour popping.
