My sister again in the corn fields, I think this is creepy in black and white, actually it's creepy in colour. Not on purpose mind.

Very harsh, contrasty lighting doesn't help this shot & it appears much of this comes from your processing. It would be worth cleaning up the dust spots in the sky.

I'd crop the sky off to a little abover her head, it will transform the picture. In this case too much empty sky dilutes the impact of the subject. The contrast is harsh but I think that can work well with a lot of sky removed as it will make dark tones dominant.
