Both this one and 'preparing to fish' have a curious winter feel to them (to me at any rate). The colours are similar in both and the subdued palette is really nice. It just seems a bit strange, knowing this to be a warm place!

Hi David, both were shot on the same cool evening, after a day of heavy thunderstorms, this might be why they appear this way. The air was very clear after the heavy rain.
